Loading Houses - All Round Protection

Loading houses are installed in front of the building, allowing the full interior space to be utilised right up to the exterior walls. They are the ideal solution when an interior ramp cannot be installed, or when tailboard slots on ramps are not possible.
A complete loading house typically consists of:

A pedestal with dock leveller

Wall and ceiling cladding

A loading opening with dock shelter

When combined with insulated industrial doors, loading houses provide excellent protection for temperature-sensitive goods. Vehicles can dock at a 90° angle or at a tight offset angle, and loading houses can be supplied as single units or arranged in a series.
